Admin Guide: Managing Your Operation

1. Company Configuration

Your company profile is the foundation of our optimization engine. Make sure your Main Yard Address is accurate, as this is used to calculate drive times for yard returns.

• Timezone: Ensure your company timezone is set correctly for accurate scheduling.
• SMS Phone Number: Each hauler receives a dedicated SMS phone number for driver and customer communication.
• Language Preferences: Support a diverse fleet with automated SMS onboarding in English and Spanish.

2. Team Management & Invitations

Invite your team to collaborate on Klau. You can manage roles and permissions from the Team Settings page.

• Inviting Users: Send secure email invitations to dispatchers and other admins. Invitations are valid for 48 hours.
• Role-Based Access: Assign roles like Admin (full access), Dispatcher (board access), or Viewer (read-only).
• Security: Revoke invitations or disable user accounts instantly if someone leaves the team.

3. Subscription & Billing

You can track your usage and subscription details in Settings → Usage & Billing. All Klau features — dispatch optimization, coaching, intelligence, SMS, storefront — are included in your subscription.
